TRAVEL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE:

• Accommodation; 3 star double suite hotels near or in the centre of the town.

Note regarding accommodation: the substantial difference is in the services offered by the type of accommodation and the distance from the town centre. The type of room is always en suite with a private bathroom and full breakfast included. We will drop you off and pick you up at the accommodation itself.

Optional Dinners:

• Open dinner service provided for your comfort, to choose from the restaurant menu.

Price: supplement of 30 pounds per adult and 25 children under 16, per person and night (not cumulative). To choose from the restaurant menu up to these amounts. Over them, the client will pay the difference directly at the premises.

Normally our selection of restaurants is in the same hotel or close to it, depending on our great selection of regulars in each location and their availability.

NOTES:

• Recommended minimum age for children: 5 years. Younger people consult.
• Children under 5 years: not recommended, under the responsibility of the parents and option only available in Private Tours. Children will travel for free if there are places available and the Tour meets the conditions for them. They will sleep in a shared room with at least one adult in their family. Meals not included. One child under 5 per family is free, from the second the price corresponding to "Children between 5 and 15 years old" will be applied. Consult.
• Under 18 years old: it is necessary to come accompanied by at least one adult.

FREE Change of Dates or Conservation of the amount paid for 1 year and subject to availability of dates and services, requesting it by email up to 16 days before the start for services up to 4 days in duration and up to 31 days in advance for services from 5 days in duration. The amount paid will be applied to the current value of the Tour or service chosen, on the date of the new request sent by email.

Our default cancellation policy:

• The contracting of the services is carried out from the moment of receipt of the customer's payment.

• In the case of cancellations by the client before 60 days from the start, the total amount paid will be refunded within 30 days from the request by email, except for 10% of the total price of the services contracted with our company in the concept of work, administrative expenses and hours of dedicated attention. • In case of cancellations by the client 60 to 16 days before the start date for services until 4 days of duration and until 31 days for services from 5 days forward, the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days from the request by email, except for the first amount corresponding to the reservation for work, expenses administrative and dedicated hours of attention as well as for any other concept related to our services. (update valid from May 1, 2021).

• No possibility of cancellations or compensations for cancellations of the client after the last 15 days before departure for our services until 4 days of duration or in the last 30 days for our services from 5 days of duration forward are accepting, no having “Trips Scotland Limited” to pay, refund or pay in or for any type of concept any or no amount to the client or others parties leaving any type of charge for “TSL” in the concept of work performed, administrative and management expenses, attention or possible hiring.
